These are ideal for Licensed Builders as well as DIY Owner Builders.

Builders Plans, DIY Building Plans, Building Consent Plans, Manufacturing Plans and Material Schedules.
BACH and MicroHOUSE PLANS – 20m² to 70m²
Baches and MicroHOUSES to 70m² ideal self contained small homes.
The standard designs may be customised to clients exact requirements.
CABIN PLANS – to 50m² with optional services
Cabins and Sleepouts Building Plans to 50m² with bathrooms or plumbing are consentable.
The standard designs may be customised to clients exact requirements.
SLEEPOUT PLANS – to 30m² without services
Sleepouts and Cabins to 30m² without bathrooms or plumbing are non-consentable.
The standard designs may be customised to clients exact requirements.
CABIN PLANS – to 10m² without services
Sleepouts to 10m² generally don’t require Building Consents.
They are ideal for new DIYers to build.
LOFT CABIN PLANS
Loft Cabins to 10m² generally don’t require Building Consents as their height is no greater than 3.5m above floor level.
They are ideal for extra storage or sleeping spaces.
GARAGE PLANS
Garages or Sheds to 30m² don’t require Building Consents, larger ones do.
They may have bathrooms or laundries or bedrooms fitted.
