Cabins and Sleepouts Building Plans to 65m² with bathrooms or plumbing are consentable.
The standard designs may be customised to clients exact requirements.
SLEEPOUT PLANS – to 30m² without services
– over 2,800 building design options
Sleepouts and Cabins to 30m² without bathrooms or plumbing are non-consentable.
The standard designs may be customised to clients exact requirements.
SLEEPOUT PLANS – to 10m² without services
– over 200 building design options
Sleepouts to 10m² generally don’t require Building Consents.
They are ideal for new DIYers to build.
There are over 200 standard designs which can be customised to client’s requirements.
LOFT CABIN PLANS
– over 90 building design options
Loft Cabins to 10m² generally don’t require Building Consents as their height is no greater than 3.5m above floor level.
They are ideal for extra storage or sleeping spaces.
There are 90 standard designs which can be customised to client’s requirements.
GARAGE and SHED PLANS
– over 200 building design options
Garages to 30m² don’t require Building Consents, larger ones do.
They may have bathrooms or laundries or bedrooms fitted.
